Ingredients
  • 3 cups Atta flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 ½ cup of icing sugar
  • ½ cup oil/butter/ghee
  • 2 tablespoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon orange food color
  • ¼ teaspoon green food color
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla flavor
Instructions
  1. Before preparing triranga marble cake batter we have to make ready the pressure cooker for pre heat.
  2. Now take a big size pressure cooker and add 3 cups sand in it. Heat the pressure cooker for 5 minutes in medium flame without whistle and rubber. Now place a stand in the middle of the pressure cooker on the sand.
  3. Take a bowl, add Atta flour , icing sugar and 2 tablespoon baking soda in it. Mix it well and filter it through a fine strainer for no lumps in batter.
  4. Add oil in Atta flour and icing sugar bowl. Mix it well
  5. Add milk as per the thickness of the batter required.
  6. Add vanilla flavor and mix it very well without any lumps.
  7. Divide whole cake batter into three bowls equally.
  8. Add green food color one of the batter bowl and add orange color in another bowl. Mix it well
  9. Take a Cake Mold, Pour first plain batter into it. Then add green color mixed batter on top of the first layer. Repeat same process to create 5-6 layers.
  10. Use a stick or a knife to give it a marble effect.
  11. Put the cake mould on the top of the sand in the middle of the pressure cooker and cover it with the pressure cooker cover without whistle.
  12. Bake it 35-40 mins on low flame make sure without whistle and rubber.
  13. Check it with a stick after 35 mins wheatear if cooked well or not. If it’s not ready then 5-10 mins bake more.
  14. Switch of the flame. Remove from the pressure cooker and let it cool completely.

  11. Use a stick or a knife to give it a marble effect.
  12. Put the cake mould on the top of the Hot Pan Pot Stand in the middle of the pressure cooker and cover it with the pressure cooker cover without whistle.
  13. Bake it 35-40 mins on low flame make sure without whistle and rubber.
  14. Check it with a stick after 35 mins wheatear if cooked well or not. If it’s not ready then 5-10 mins bake more.
  15. Switch of the flame. Remove from the pressure cooker and let it cool completely.

  • 250 gm climbing fish/ gourami/ perch (Koi Fish).
  • 5 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 inches ginger (adrak) chopped
  • ½ tablespoon turmeric (haldi) powder
  • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 3 dry red chillies
  • 1 bay leaf (Tej Patta)
  • 7-8 garlic cloves (lehsun)
  • 2 potatoes (aloo) remove the skin and cut length wise medium pieces
  • 9-10 cut pieces vaallhi /Poi Spinach/ Basella Alba (Poi saga) stick without leaves
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Clean and wash the perch (koi) fish perfectly and marinate the fish with turmeric (haldi) powder and salt well.
  2. Heat the pan with 2-3 table spoon cooking oil and fry all marinated fish pieces on both sides well to crisp. Keep aside all fried fish pieces.
  3. Heat again the pan with ½ tablespoon cooing oil, add potatoes (aloo) cut pieces, Basella Alba (Poi saga) stick pieces, little turmeric (haldi) powder and salt to taste. Fry it for 1 min.
  4. Then add little bit water in the pan and cover it with a lid. Cook on low flame for 2-3 mins till boiled well. Transfer it to a plate and keep aside.
  5. Grind garlic cloves (lehsun), half of the onions chopped, bay leaf (Tej Patta), dry red chillies, ginger (adrak) chopped in a smooth mixer grinder to prepare a fine masala paste.
  6. Heat 2 tablespoon cooking oil and add rest half of the onions chopped. Stir it till to golden brown
  7. Add grinded smooth masala paste into it and mix it well. Cook it for 1 min.
  8. Add tomatoes chopped and salt to taste. Mix it well and cover it for 2 mins on low flame.
  9. Add boiled potatoes and Basella Alba (Poee) stick pieces. Stir it.
  10. Add water as per your gravy thickness
  11. Add fried climbing fish/ gourami/ perch (Koi Fish) in the pan. Cook it for 1-2 mins.

  • 1 ½ cup sugar

  • 1 Eno Lemon soda
  • 20gm Cashew pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Coco powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. If your sooji/rava/ semolina is bold grain then you need to grind it in mixer grinder otherwise no need. I grind sugar and sooji to a fine powder for sponge and soft cake.
  2. Take a bowl add grinded sooji/rava/ semolina, sugar and maida flour into it.
  3. Add Coco powder and add vanilla essence and mix up it well till to no lumps.
  4. Add oil and yogurt (thick curd) into it.
  5. Add water into the bowl and check the thickness of the batter. Mix it very well. The batter should not be very thick or thin.
  6. And keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  7. Heat the pan and add 3 bowl water in it.
  8. Add Eno soda powder in the bowl. Mix it well. Brush the cake module inner side very well with cooking oil or ghee. Pour batter into the Cake Module immediately. Put cashew piece and tutti frutti on the surface of the batter.
  9. Put the Cake Module filled with cake batter in the middle of the pan. Cover the lid properly.
  10. Cook 20-25 minutes on medium flame.
  11. Remove the lid and check the cake it’s properly cooked or not.
  12. Switch of the flame. Let it to be cool. Now Chocolate Cake is ready to serve

  • 250gm Snake head Murrel Fish/Shol Macha
  • 4-5 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Mustard Seeds (Sarson/Rai)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 5-6 garlic cloves (lehsun)
  • 3-4 Red dry chilli (mirchi)
  • 2 inches ginger (adrak)
  • 2 dry mango pieces
  • 3 tablespoon turmeric (haldi) powder
  • 1 big size tomato chopped
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon Panch phoron -[cumin seeds (jeera), mustard seeds (Sarson), fennel seeds (saunf), fenugreek seeds (methi), nigella seed (kala jeera)]
  • 5-6 Curry leaves (Karipatta)
Instructions
  1. Marinate the fish pieces with some turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Prepare a paste of Mustard Seeds (Sarson/Rai), garlic cloves (lehsun), Red dry chilli (mirchi), ginger (adrak), cumin seeds (jeera) by smooth mixture grinder.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan or kadai and fry both sides of the fish pieces well until to golden brown. Keep aside in a plate.
  4. Heat again the pan with cooking oil and add Panch phoron, green chilli chopped and curry leaves.
  5. When it starts cracking, add chopped onions. Stir it well till to brown.
  6. Add chopped tomato and mix it well.
  7. Add prepared paste of mustard seeds (Sarson/Rai) and other ingredients and stir it. Cook it for 3 mins on low flame.
  8. Add water as per your gravy thickness. Let it cook for 2-3 min on high flame till boiled well.
  9. Add dry mango pieces into the pan. Mix it well in gravy.
  10. Lastly add fried fish pieces in the pan and cook it for ½ min and add coriander leaves (dhaniya pata) chopped.

  • 250gm Onion chopped
  • 10-12 garlic cloves (lehsun)

  • Coriander leaves (dhaniya pata) chopped
  • 4 dry red chilli
  • 4 Green Cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi)
  • 2 Cinnamon (dalchini)
  • 1 Black Cardamom (Kali Elaichi)
  • Mutton masla powder
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. First prepare a fine paste for mutton curry. Take garlic cloves (lehsun), ginger (adrak), dry red chilli, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, and Green Cardamom in mixer grinder. Grind it very well for smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add finely chopped onions into it. Stir it till to golden brown.
  3. Add chilli (mirchi) powder into it.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, red chilli, cinnamon, black cardamom paste and stir it to get rid of the raw smell.
  5. Add turmeric (haldi) powder into the pressure cooker. Mix it well and cook it on low flame.
  6. Add mutton masla powder into it.
  7. Add mutton pieces and little bit water. Mix it well and cover the pressure cooker lid very well. Cook it on medium flame.
  8. Cook for upto 3 whistles (approx. 10 minutes) or until the meat is cooked through. Cook until oil appears at the corners.
  9. Add Coriander leaves (dhaniya pata) chopped in it.
  10. Now quick Mutton Gravy Curry recipe is ready to serve with boiled rice or roti.

  • 1 small to medium capsicum (shimla mirch) chopped
  • 2 medium onions cut in middle 2 pieces
  • Coriander leaves (dhaniya pata)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (adrak) paste
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder
  • 3 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon pasta masala powder
  • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 2 pinch of black pepper (kaalee mirch) powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat a deep pan with 3 bowls water to boil. Add salt, pasta, tomatoes and onions in the pan and cover it with a lid and boil it well.

  1. Peel prawns, remove the head and legs. Marinate prawns with turmeric (haldi) powder and little salt. Keep aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoon cooking oil in a pan. Fry prawns perfectly on both sides. Transfer the fried prawns to a plate.
  3. Heat again the pan with 3 tablespoon cooking oil. Add in Panch phoron and 2 dry red chillies.

  • 50gm ginger (adrak) – finally smashed
  • 50gm garlic cloves (lehsun) - finally crushed
