Ingredients
  • 200gm Pasta
  • 1 small or medium carrot (gajar) chopped thin
  • 1 small to medium capsicum (shimla mirch) chopped
  • 2 medium onions cut in middle 2 pieces
  • Coriander leaves (dhaniya pata)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (adrak) paste
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric (haldi) powder
  • 3 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 2 tablespoon pasta masala powder
  • ½ tablespoon cumin seeds (jeera) powder
  • 2 pinch of black pepper (kaalee mirch) powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat a deep pan with 3 bowls water to boil. Add salt, pasta, tomatoes and onions in the pan and cover it with a lid and boil it well.
  2. Drain off tomatoes, onions and pasta by a stiller and keep aside for cooling. Transfer tomatoes, onions to a smooth mixer. Prepare a find paste for pasta.
  3. Heat the pan with 2-3 tablespoon cooking oil.
  4. Add ginger (adrak) paste and stir it till to little brown.
  5. Add chilli powder and turmeric (haldi) powder. Mix it well.
  6. Add capsicum (shimla mirch) chopped and carrot (gajar) chopped. Stir it.
  7. Add little bit water and mix it properly. Cover it with a lid and cook it on low flame about 2 mins.
  8. Remove the lid and add prepared smooth paste of tomatoes, onions into the pan.
  9. Add salt, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, pasta masala powder, cumin seeds (jeera) powder, 1 pinch black pepper (kaalee mirch) powder and sugar. Mix it well. Cook about 2 minutes .
  10. Mix corn flour in plane water and add it in the pan. Cook for 1 min.
  11. Add 1 pinch black pepper and chopped Coriander leaves (dhaniya pata)
  12. Vegetable Masala pasta with red chilli sauce is ready to serve.
