  • 3 cups Maida flour (refined and bleached wheat flour)
  • 1 ½ cup of icing sugar
  • ½ cup oil/butter/ghee
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 200ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon Coco powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Before preparing chocolate marble cake batter we have to make ready the pressure cooker for pre heat.
  2. Now take a big size pressure cooker and add 3 cups sand in it. Heat the pressure cooker for 5 minutes in medium flame without whistle and rubber. Now place a stand in the middle of the pressure cooker on the sand.
  3. Take a bowl, add Maida flour and icing sugar in it. Mix it well and filter it through a fine strainer for no lumps in batter.
  4. Add oil in Maida flour and icing sugar bowl. Mix it well
  5. Add milk as per the thickness of the batter required. Mix it very well without any lumps.
  6. Then add 2 tablespoon baking powder Mix it very well.
  7. Divide whole cake batter into two bowls equally.
  8. Add coco powder into half of the batter in the bowl. Mix it well
  9. Add vanilla flavor into another batter bowl. Mix it well and keep aside.
  10. Take a Cake Mold and brush the cake module inner side very well with cooking oil or ghee, Pour first vanilla flavor batter into it then add coco powder mixed batter on top of the first layer. Repeat same process to create 7-10 layers.
  11. Use a stick or a knife to give it a marble effect.
  12. Put the cake mould on the top of the Hot Pan Pot Stand in the middle of the pressure cooker and cover it with the pressure cooker cover without whistle.
  13. Bake it 35-40 mins on low flame make sure without whistle and rubber.
  14. Check it with a stick after 35 mins wheatear if cooked well or not. If it’s not ready then 5-10 mins bake more.
  15. Switch of the flame. Remove from the pressure cooker and let it cool completely.
