  • 300gm Goat mutton
  • 250gm Onion chopped
  • 10-12 garlic cloves (lehsun)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric (haldi) powder
  • ½ tablespoon chilli (mirchi) powder
  • 25gm ginger (adrak)
  • Coriander leaves (dhaniya pata) chopped
  • 4 dry red chilli
  • 4 Green Cardamom (Chhoti Elaichi)
  • 2 Cinnamon (dalchini)
  • 1 Black Cardamom (Kali Elaichi)
  • Mutton masla powder
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. First prepare a fine paste for mutton curry. Take garlic cloves (lehsun), ginger (adrak), dry red chilli, Cinnamon, Black Cardamom, and Green Cardamom in mixer grinder. Grind it very well for smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add finely chopped onions into it. Stir it till to golden brown.
  3. Add chilli (mirchi) powder into it.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, red chilli, cinnamon, black cardamom paste and stir it to get rid of the raw smell.
  5. Add turmeric (haldi) powder into the pressure cooker. Mix it well and cook it on low flame.
  6. Add mutton masla powder into it.
  7. Add mutton pieces and little bit water. Mix it well and cover the pressure cooker lid very well. Cook it on medium flame.
  8. Cook for upto 3 whistles (approx. 10 minutes) or until the meat is cooked through. Cook until oil appears at the corners.
  9. Add Coriander leaves (dhaniya pata) chopped in it.
  10. Now quick Mutton Gravy Curry recipe is ready to serve with boiled rice or roti.
