  • 12-15 Low spice red chillis
  • 3-4 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 50gm ginger (adrak) – finally smashed
  • 50gm garlic cloves (lehsun) - finally crushed
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (you can add to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

  1. Soak red dry chillis in water the whole night or boil it with water for 1hr before cooking and let it to be cool. Keep aside.

Notes
